Tests aquaponic water for general hardness (GH) and carbonate hardness (KH). Helps detect stress on fish caused by rapid pH shifts, which result from low KH levels and helps aquarists duplicate the natural habitat of their fish. In aquaponic systems we want to maintain a KH of at least 4o and it is safe to go as high as 18o. Use?AquaBuffer?to increase the KH levels in your system
